Who we are
A family business
Sunsea isn't a chain or a management company: it's four studios belonging to a family that has been renting out its own properties for decades and looks after them in person.
We like what we do and we put everything into keeping the apartments in perfect condition for whoever comes to enjoy them. We refurbish them ourselves, we maintain them ourselves and we answer the phone ourselves.
That's also why you can book directly here without paying commission: there's no middleman between you and the person with the keys.
The team
Who's behind it
There are four of us and each looks after one part. There's no call centre.

Runs the company and decides what gets invested and how the apartments grow.

Maintenance
An architect by trade, he handles the refurbishments and keeps everything working.

Looks after the studios on the island and welcomes guests. She's named in half a dozen reviews.
