This is the time guaranteed for any of the studios. Depending on which one you get you may be able to check in earlier: ask us the day before. If you're arriving outside these hours, send us your flight number and we'll arrange it.
Opening the door with Nearkey
The building door opens from your phone with Nearkey, so there's no need to arrange a time to collect a physical key. We send you the access before you arrive.
- Install the Nearkey app from the App Store or Google Play before you travel.
- You'll receive an invitation with your access, valid for the dates of your booking.
- At the door, open the app and tap to unlock. It works over Bluetooth, so you don't need signal or wifi.
If your phone runs out of battery or the app fails, call us on +34 620 263 622: María lives nearby and can let you in.
Wifi
Free wifi in every studio. You'll find the network and password inside the apartment. It's fine for video calls, although one review warns it isn't the best option for working remotely every day.
Pool and sun terrace
The building has a communal pool and a rooftop sun terrace overlooking the harbour. Free for guests during the hours set by the building.

Cancellation
- Cancel more than 14 days in advance and 100% is refunded.
