Frequently asked questions
Everything you need before booking
How do I book an apartment?
Choose your dates in the search box, check availability and the final price for the stay, then complete the booking and payment securely online. You get confirmation immediately.
Do you charge commission?
No. Booking directly on our site you pay the price of the apartment without the mark-up the booking portals add.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out from 06:00 to 11:00. You'll find the details on the guest information page.
How do I open the building door?
With Nearkey, from your phone: we send you the access before you arrive, so there's no need to arrange a time to collect a key. It works over Bluetooth, with no signal needed.
What's the minimum stay?
It depends on the season and the apartment. The search tells you if your dates don't meet the minimum stay before you book, so there are no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online by card through the booking engine's secure gateway. We don't store your card details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the apartment and the dates, and are shown clearly before you complete payment.
Are pets allowed?
No. The studios don't accept animals. Smoking and parties aren't allowed either: you'll find all the rules on the guest information page.
Where are the apartments?
All four are in the same building, the Tosca, at San Juan 1, above the quay in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife). The old town and Plaza del Charco are a minute away.
Who runs the apartments?
Sunsea is run by a small family business, and we look after each apartment ourselves. If you need anything during your stay you speak to us directly, not to a call centre.
How do I contact you?
