2. Data we process and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone and the message you send us, in order to answer your enquiry.
• Bookings: the data needed to manage your stay is collected and processed in the Icnea booking engine at the time of booking.
• WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you share in those conversations, in order to reply to you.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you contact us and, for bookings, in order to perform the accommodation contract and comply with the associated legal obligations (for example, the traveller register).

4. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with it and afterwards for the periods required by law. Booking data is kept in accordance with applicable tourism and tax rules.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use suppliers acting as data processors:

• Icnea — booking engine and property management.
• Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us through that channel, its own privacy policy also applies.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@grayber.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
